Subject	Drivers door lock not working, identifying broken part

Message	Hi, My drivers door lock isn't working. The key turns almost 180 degrees in each direction but the door will not lock or unlock. I have the handle out but am having trouble identifying what is broken. Currently when the key turns you can see the center of the lock cylinder moving from the back, but that it is. What should happen when you turn the key??
